Adam Knight
Captain/AEMT (Retired) | Co-Founder, Action Medical Training
Adam Knight has over 25 years of experience in fire and emergency medical services. He began his career with Kootenai County Fire & Rescue in Idaho, where he served with distinction and retired as a Captain in 2022. In 2009, Adam co-founded EMT & Fire Training, now known as Impact EMS Training, where he currently serves as the Operations Manager. In this role, he oversees initial education programs for Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and Advanced EMT (AEMT) levels. Adam has taught EMS across the United States and remains dedicated to raising the bar in emergency services education. His passion lies in training and mentoring the next generation of responders and industry personnel with a focus on excellence, integrity, and real-world readiness.

Firefighter/Paramedic | Co-Founder, Action Medical Training
Austin Winters is a seasoned Firefighter and Paramedic with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine. Since beginning his career in 2014, he has remained committed to advancing prehospital care through both frontline service and high-quality training. As Co-Founder of Action Medical Training, Austin brings a deep understanding of field operations and a passion for preparing individuals and teams to respond effectively in critical situations. His leadership and expertise continue to shape industry-specific medical education for aviation, marine, wilderness, and industrial environments.
